Wednesday's Word

We are children of God, He has so much planned for us.   He handpicked each of us for a service to Him that only we can fulfill.  His plans are far above man’s plans, and His plans are right and trustworthy.  They have always stood the test of time, but man’s plans fail at His whim.

Look to Him, and not to the cares of this world.  Finally get to know Him – and we can really know Him because he is ready, available and waiting for us!  The invitation was placed before time, and He has, indeed, had His hand upon each of us since the day He created time.

He loves each of us…individually, separately, personally…it’s a love we do not understand, but we already have it!   It covers a multitude of sin!

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD.  “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.  Jeremiah 29:11 NLT

Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed, and in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them.  Psalm 139:16 NKJV

For in You, O Lord, I hope;  You will hear, O Lord my God.  Psalm 38:15 NKJV

  1. So true, Meg, his plans are far more better than our plans, even if they are things that might not make sense at the time, but he sees past/present/future at same time where we just see the present and remember the past. Great Wednesday thoughts!

  2. A very comforting reminder today of God's Great Love for us! GOD loves each of his children so much, regardless of our sins. That is why God gave us Free Will. He sent his son Jesus to pay the price for salvation & our eternal life. It is up to Us to decide which action to take and decision to make. Your heart will fill up with a happiness and peace like you have never experienced before if you make the right one. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

  3. Jeremiah 29:11 is one of my favorite verses. I hold on to it when thinking, praying, *worrying* about my children.
